It can open and play MIDI files, but not only that; it can show you the music score of them by means of an exclusive system that can transform the data contained in the MIDI into standard music notation, allowing you to read and follow the music score. An advantage of the program is that it can show the ornaments (i.e., trills, grace notes and tremolos) as such and not as a series of repeated notes, which can be confusing and difficult to read. The program has many of the same controls as any music player, so you can adjust the volume, rewind and fast-forward the file, and so on.
